Job Description *Assist with the evaluation, recommendation, and installation of equipment and configuration improvements related to the IP network environment.



*Installation, Maintenance & Configuration of hardware, system and software applications.

*Document all configuration and installation procedures for reference and maintain backup procedures for network configurations.

*Recommend routine procedures for operation and support as it may relate to IP network operation.

*Interact with external vendors for technical support and warrantees

*Provide technical support to all users via helpdesk system

*Installs, enhances, and maintains computer network workstations, printers, and operating systems.

*Maintains inventory and maintenance records for computer hardware and software.

*Proficient in MS Windows Server 2003 & MS Exchange Server 2003

*Perform other work as directed.
