Should Home Minister Shivraj Patil be sacked for his incompetency in tackling terrorism?

Mumbai Attacked. Once again. And this time with an indiscriminate and unexpected barbarism. Though it was to an extent was due to citizens' own lack of mutual understanding but it was more because of our intelligence failures and lack of resources. Our Home Ministry was presided by a man who has never been a good choice for the post. What do you think? Should Shivraj Patil be sacked for his incompetency in tackling terrorism?
